The pins have been set and the foundations are being poured on Monday.

We have stripped the site of the grass and topsoil and are starting on the building pads.

The construction loan closed with the bank on Monday and we are now moving forward with the Townhomes. Site has been mowed and prepped for site work starting this week.

The Townhomes have been approved by the city and are set to close the first week of July! We will be starting grading very soon. Check back to this page for weekly updates on the project starting the week of July 5th!
